Bettina in Cindersmoke is a weathered and distressed carpet style medallion print in black with shades of red, blue, golden tan, green, and cream. Back is the same fabric, different section of the pattern. Hidden zipper closure. Multiples of this pillow cover, if still available, may feature different sections of this large print.
